This is a well-balanced Chardonnay that has plenty of juicy orchard and stone fruit aromatics with vanilla laden oak on the nose. Flavors echo the nose with mango and peach also prominent, and a touch of sweet creamy vanilla. Bright acidity brings it all together, your guests will think they are drinking a forty dollar bottle of Chardonnay! This wine would be great with a simple summer supper of Chiavetta’s grilled chicken, parsley red potatoes and buttered sweet corn.
