Unadulterated aromas of earthy cold brew lead to a palate that evokes drip coffee with just a hint of cream and sugar; a lingering note of coffee confection gives way to pleasant bitterness on the finish. Base spirit is distilled from sugar beets. Fair trade, single-origin arabica coffee is harvested in the mountains of Honduras and roasted in Auvergne, France, by Frédéric Bonnac, a fourth-generation artisanal roaster.
