About This Spirit
Producer Notes
Base spirit distilled from sugar beets. Made with a maceration of fresh Noir de Bourgogne cassis berries harvested in the Loire Valley each July. Sweetened with sugar beet sugar. Aromas of ripe fruit with a touch of black pepper and eucalyptus lead to a tart palate; the crisp, piquant berry flavor fades when chilled.
