Producer Notes
Underripe and ripe Kent mangos from South America are macerated in alcohol for approximately one month. The resulting infusion is sweetened with sugar beet sugar; apple concentrate is added for color. Vibrant notes of mango flesh and skin are complemented by aromas of Hi-Chews, leading to a beautifully textural palate balanced by a whisper of mango-pit bitterness.
