About This Spirit
Producer Notes
Giffard’s flagship product developed by Èmile Giffard in 1885. Base spirit distilled from sugar beets. Made using a steam distillation of fresh Mitcham peppermint leaves that are cultivated locally. Sweetened with sugar beet sugar. Invigorating peppermint aromas lead to a palate of crisp, clean mint with a hint of vanilla and cacao with a brisk, dry finish.
