Girard Girard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750ml

Well-built and deep in flavor, this full-bodied wine is a great value for a Napa Cab. Blended with 5% each of Petit Verdot and Malbec, plus 2% each of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, it shows a calm strength and emerging complexity. The wine blankets deep, dark violet and blackcurrant flavors in fine-grained tannins that could use time to soften a bit. Best from 2026–2036. (Jim Gordon)
