Gosset Gosset Cuvée Dosage Zéro NV 750ml

Tasting Notes

Aromas of golden orchard apple, dried citrus peel, toasted brioche, and crushed chalk open the bouquet of this prestige non-dosage cuvée. The palate is tense, deep, and beautifully sculpted, driven by a fine, creamy mousse and Gosset's hallmark absence of malolactic fermentation, which preserves a piercing, mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Zero added dosage highlights pure saline chalkiness, toasted hazelnut, and autolytic complexity, carrying through a long, bone-dry, and luminous finish. Possesses the extraordinary structural tension and depth required to age gracefully over 8 to 12 years in the cellar.
