Producer Notes
Blended from classic varieties including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Amarela, and Tinta Barroca producing aromas of pure blackberry and blackcurrant with floral rockrose, eucalyptus, mint, and subtle cocoa. On the palate it is juicy and mouthwatering with ripe black plum, dark chocolate or cocoa undertones, peppery tannins, and a persistent finish. Serving & Pairing: Best served at room temperature (around 60–64°F / 16–18°C). Food Pairings: Excellent with dark chocolate desserts, berry tarts, or semi-cured and hard cheeses like Cheddar, Manchego, and blue cheese.
