The nice early aromas of toasted honey wheat bread, cinnamon and breakfast cereal disappointingly trail off following aeration. Entry is acutely sweet in a sap and maple manner; the midpalate features lovely tastes of baking spices, fudge, butterscotch, maple syrup and light toffee. Concludes engagingly sweet, medium-weighted and satiny. Bounced back beautifully in the taste stages.
