2021 vintage
The 2021 Dry Rosé is a 58/42 blend of Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Franc. It comes in with five grams of residual sugar, 6.7 grams of total acidity and 12.2% alcohol. This was only in bottle a month or so when tasted, but it seemed in fine shape. Exuberantly aromatic and intensely flavorful in a fruity but dry fashion, this is a nice success. It’s delicious without being cloying and it has a little earthy distinction from the grape blend. Drink it very young.
