This blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of clove, anise, tobacco and brandy-soaked dark cherries on the nose. It’s pleasantly plump yet balanced on the full-bodied palate, with firm dark-berry flavors studded with plenty of spice accents. Polished tannins and bright acidity contribute to the bold experience, with pipe tobacco and clove lingering on the close. Drink now–2030.
