The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with mentholated freshness that gives way to grilled herbs and hints of black currant. This flows across the palate with ease, silky yet sincere, with crisp black fruits and saline minerality that adds unexpected depth. It tapers off a bit shorter than anticipated but still satisfies, leaving a bitter blackberry tinge. (Eric Guido)
