This silky, smooth but full-bodied wine offers pure fruit richness with tasty but not overwhelming butter, toast and vanilla nuances. Fermented in all French oak and allowed to go through malolactic, yet staying fresh and vibrant in fruit acidity. A creamy, vanillin element lingers long on the finish. Drink or hold. Given a few minutes to swirl, the nose of this wine starts to ooze with bright citrus aromas. The palate is loaded with pineapple, mango-habanero jam and a bit of toasty richness from barrel fermentation. The finish shows impeccable balance and this wine should age gracefully for a decade.
