The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles Highlands District is a bold, pungent wine. Savory herbs, tobacco and cedar add a strong aromatic presence. Although a very good wine, the Cabernet is not quite as compelling as the other wines in the range, while the savory style is on the edge of being distractingly vegetal. (Antonio Galloni)
