Critical Acclaim
Enticing vanilla bean and cappuccino aromas lead to a velvety texture supporting dark chocolate, baked cherries, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. It's wrapped in lavish, fine-grained tannins, with gorgeous blueberry, black cherry and spiced coffee accents. A blend of 65% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot and 5% cabernet franc. Drink or hold.

Well-balanced with juicy blueberries, blackberries, cassis, warm herbs and flowers. Medium to full body with plush tannins. Well-rounded with an attractive mix of berries, herbs and spices and a flavorful finish with excellent length. Try after 2025.

Fruity, almost-sweet black fruits and dark chocolate give this deep, dark wine an easy-going expression despite its full body and moderate tannins. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Built for further aging, this fully tannic and concentrated wine squeezes its black cherry and blackberry flavors firmly with tannins, giving an extra-grippy texture at this stage. Best from 2027–2037.
A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, the 2021 Y3 Taureau delivers black cherries, cassis and some herbal nuances on the nose. It's medium to full-bodied, not that rich or concentrated on the palate, but clean and well made. The reasonable price tag makes it a notable value among Napa offerings.
