Jean Laurent Jean Laurent Brut Rosé NV 750ml

The NV Cuvée Rosé Brut is 100% Pinot Noir based on 2008 (90%). The color is an intense orange-colored pink and the nose offers beautifully subtle, but also deep, intense flavors of ripe and macerated Pinot Noir and lemon. There is also great purity and finesse on the structured palate. The finish is fresh and reveals a perfect fruit. This Rosé drinks almost like a light red wine.

The NV Brut Rosé, 100% Pinot Noir, is terrifie. Rich and ample in feel, the Rosé offers enough personality to be delicious on its own but also quite versatile at the dinner table. Cranberry, orange peel, white pepper and mint brighten the profile nicely. What a pretty and enjoyable wine this. Dosage is 9 grams per liter. Disgorged: September 2023.

A deep-hued rosé, almost garnet in color, with a fine bead and tangy acidity backing the flavors of candied black cherry, whole-grain bread, star anise, smoke and honey. Offers a well-cut, chalky finish. Disgorged December 2013. Drink now through 2019. 415 cases made.
