The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Is fabulous. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, spice, tobacco, cloves, leather, incense and chocolate are front and center. Coming from multiple sites throughout the Central Coast, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep ruby/purple hue as well as a juicy, medium-bodied, nicely balanced style in its ripe cherry and plum fruit as well as notes of ripe herbs and chocolate.
