About This Wine
Tasting Notes
Translucent ruby-purple in color, this high-altitude Cru Beaujolais opens with vibrant aromatics of red cherry, Morello cherry, wild raspberry, and violet florals, layered over subtle notes of bergamot and crushed pink granite. The palate features a light-medium body with bright, high acidity, fine-grained light tannins, no effervescence, and subtle, integrated framing from neutral French oak barrels. It finishes crisp, floral, and savory with a distinct stony mineral drive. It displays good short-to-medium-term aging potential over 3 to 7 years.

Translucent ruby-red. Smoky, mineral-tinged red fruit, spicecake, game and potpourri aromas are complemented by suggestions of allspice and licorice.
