Tasting Notes

Straw-gold in color, this vibrant Central Coast white opens with lifted aromatics of lemon rind, tart citrus, jasmine blossom, and wet-stone minerality. The palate is medium-bodied, crisp, and well-balanced, layering crisp ripe pineapple, Bartlett pear, and rich lemon curd against a subtle midpalate of honeydew melon, tarragon, and gentle toasted oak influence. Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, alongside partial malolactic conversion, provides a smooth, rounded mouthfeel held in sharp focus by a bright spine of lingering citrus acidity through a fresh Granny Smith apple finish.
