Ketel One Ketel One Vodka NV 750ml

Colorless; flawless purity. Meaty character in opening whiffs that highlight the cereal grain; pleasing peppery quality in later whiffs that is backed up by wheat bread, minerals, baking soda aromas. Entry is gently sweet, toasty, grainy, warming; mid-palate is savory, spicy (clove, vanilla), creamy in texture, complex. Influence of pot still os apparent right from the get-go as the aromas and flavors come in waves. Silky, oily creamy texture is delightful. I've found this vodka to change dramatically from year to year bit this generation seems to be the best so far.
