This wine displays the characteristics that make Riesling wines so drinkable. The hint of fruit, without being overly sweet, and the clear finish make this a great wine to enjoy almost anytime.

The wine is pale, delicate gold in color like a fine, young Kabinett should be. The nose is all fresh cut apple. On the palate is a great balance of refreshing sweetness and acidity which is quite high but well balanced with the sugar. Overall it is quite a delicious wine with some sweetness, and a good accompaniment for a creamy chicken dish, soft-ripened cheeses, or a rich fish course with cream.
