Critical Acclaim

WE 90 Wine Enthusiast 2022 vintage 7/1/2024

This wine is a beautiful, vibrant gold in the glass, conveying delicate floral aromatics on the nose. On the palate, very ripe pear, marzipan and sweet cinnamon emerge. There’s also a potent, perfumy dried-floral component that some drinkers will love. (Tom Capo)

WE 90 Wine Enthusiast 2023 vintage 11/1/2025

Aromas of fresh apple, pear skin, white flowers and caramel drive the nose of this Chard. The palate delivers flavors of ripe nectarine, pithy lemon, candied ginger and pineapple sage with barrel spice and floral notes through a generous finish.

SP 90 Wine Spectator 2023 vintage December 15, 2025

Notes of apricot, tangerine and ripe peach are firm and focused, with lemon zest, fresh ginger and Fuji apple accents. Grace notes of salted butterscotch, vanilla cream and toasted brioche linger in the background, with a juicy, bright finish. Drink now. 35,037 cases made.

JD 89 Jeb Dunnuck 2021 vintage 7/21/2023

Entirely barrel fermented in French oak, the 2021 Chardonnay Russian River Valley is a bit sunnier, with ripe spiced orange, apricot, and melon aromas. Full-bodied, it lends more depth and a sunny feel on the palate, with notes of orange oil, beeswax, and vanilla. It’s a more assertive style in this lineup, with balanced richness and a good finish. Drink 2023–2028. (Audrey Frick)
