This wine is rich, with an intense onslaught of stewed red apple, red berries and sugar plums. The midpalate brings bright cranberries, fresh thyme, warm earth and a saline finish. Enjoyable with at least a 30 minute decant, the wine should pair well with braised proteins.

Stewed blackberries, tea leaves, black olives, ginseng and lemon peel on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with tight, tea-like tannins. Inky and peppery. Grenache, syrah and mourvedre. Drink now.
