Leafy and dense with lush banana notes, mellow spice and sweet vanilla.

This cachaça has a faint yellowish tinge and an aroma that tilts both funky and sweet, suggesting ripe banana plus hints of coconut and lychee. Vanilla sweetness leads the robust palate, finishing with plenty of ripe fruit tapering off to cinnamon and spearmint on the exhale.

Very faint pale straw tint; flawless purity. Hearty scents of damp hay/wet grass and linseed oil fill the copita; further time in the glass brings out more vegetal/leathery/sap-like aromas that are not the least bit sweet; this bouquet oozes authenticity and a sense of place. It’s in the palate entry that the first burst of sugarcane sweetness emerges and that’s a welcome development; the midpalate is caney sweet and medium-bodied, with enough notes of oil and spice to make it easily recommendable. Finishes grassy, semisweet, and spirity. Nice job here.
