There's a lovely lick of honeyed richness to the tropical and citrus fruit aromas on this wine, from the label of Marlborough stalwarts Kim and Erica Crawford. The palate is dry and fresh, the same generosity morphing into texture, giving this a mid-weight feel, those fleshy fruit flavors feeling almost creamy, adding plenty of food friendliness

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is ripe, tender and harmonious. Mostly organic and partially fermented in amphora, oak and concrete, this derives textural interest from its proportion of malo. Delicate flavours of elderflower, lemon, lime and stone fruit combine to make a pretty, rounded impression. Juicy acidity ties it all together on the floral finish. This is thoughtfully composed.
