About This Spirit
Producer Notes
This Reposado en Vidrio batch rested in glass for nearly three years before being bottled, which has mellowed out the flavors and textures compared to more recent Joven batches. Cooked for 6 days, fermented for 4 days. Distilled in 300L copper alambiques. Batch 0318RC Papalote (A.cupreata). Bottled March 2018, 312 bottles.
