Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus zest, honeysuckle, and almond. Silky yet vibrant on the palate with a distinct limestone minerality, energetic acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
Producer Notes
A cult white wine from the Languedoc—often called the "Lafite of the South"—crafted from un-grafted, cool-climate limestone field blend cuttings and vinified without oak maturation.

Critical Acclaim
Fragrant peach, apricot and ripe pear introduce the perfumed 2025 Blanc, with a floral whiff of jasmine adding another layer. Despite its charm and generosity, freshness is superbly maintained. Medium-bodied, round and juicy, it is a deliciously outgoing white Gassac that finishes with sapid persistence. Residual sugar is 4.3 g/L.
