The nose is jammy, with dark fruits interwoven with chocolate frosting, Ghirardelli chocolate raspberry squares, dark chocolate-covered cherries, frosted strawberry Pop-Tart, and Fig Newton. The palate is thick and richly spiced, and water coaxes out its best flavors of cinnamon, chocolate, and a bowl of red berries. The lengthy finish is dark and dreamy, and that rich chocolate and well-integrated baking spice remain.
