Opening sniffs detect heavily floral scents that are dried out, vegetal, gamey, citrusy, fruity, piny/sappy; it's an "onion bouquet" or one that keeps revealing another layer when you think that you've arrived at the core fragrance; secondary inhalations pick up wax, camphor, eucalyptus, mint. entry is intensely flowery, showing heightened notes of violets, rose petal, chamomile, honeysuckle blossoms - it's a florist shop in a glass; midpalate is more herbal, foresty/woodsy, with an entire orchestra of flavors, including white pepper, juniper, sage, rosemary, cumin, coriander, lemon peel, sassafras, tree bark. Intriguing, long, dry to off-dry, dense finish of multiple botanicals. me like as long as one doesn't expect London Dry.
