Tasting Notes

A pale gold hue and persistent streams of delicate bubbles introduce this traditional-method Crémant de Loire. The bouquet opens with an inviting floral lift, green apple, white peach, quince, and subtle crushed-stone minerality. On the palate, a fresh, mouthwatering spine of acid balances smooth orchard fruit, while the red grapes contribute a touch of structure and a subtle hint of wild red berries on the back end. Extended lees contact in underground tuffeau caves provides delicate autolytic notes and a velvety, fine-grained mousse that lingers through a clean, saline finish.
