There's a salty, racy counterpoint to the warm, rich fruit profile in this nicely balanced white, with warm spiced apple, hay and sun tea notes edged in fleur de sel and powered by succulent acidity. Open-knit and medium-bodied, with a savory dusting of dried thyme. Drink now. 23,000 cases made, 20,000 cases imported.
