About This Spirit
Producer Notes
Novo Fogo Organic Silver Cachaca is a smooth, sippable spirit with fresh aromas of banana, lime blossom and tropical fruit. Flavors of citrus fruit, sweet red pepper and sea salt emerge on the palate and merge with a distinctive note of fresh cane on the finish.

Look for a distinctly funky aroma that suggests banana and lemongrass. The palate is light and silky, reflecting the tropical aromas and grassy funk. The long fade pulls in lime acidity and an earthy, mushroom-like umami note.
