This shows aromas of spices, walnuts, dark berries and hints of cedar and wet earth. Juicy and filled with fruit, with a medium to full body and firm tannins. Structured and nicely shaped, with notes of spices and bitter oranges in the long finish. Drink or hold.

The nose balances the sweetness of cherries, strawberries and vanilla with more savory notes of graphite and wild herbs. On the palate, hibiscus and cranberry bring out the sourness of the cherries, before a salsa finish of chili and tomatoes. Polished tannins create an unctuous texture.
