Tasting Notes
Hazy golden-straw in color, reflecting its natural winemaking style. The nose is highly expressive and aromatic, featuring notes of white peach, orange blossom, dried apricot, and wild herbs, underscored by distinct volcanic minerality and flint. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied with a textural, gently gripping skin-contact mouthfeel, driven by bracing acidity and a saline, bone-dry finish that leaves lingering echoes of citrus peel and crushed stone.

The 2025 SP68 Bianco mixes notes of tropical citrus, melon, wet rock and minty herbs. It's wickedly fresh, blending sweet and sour, with candied lime, green apple and salty mineral tones enlivened by a core of zesty acidity. This delivers notable tension as hints of kiwi fade.
A fragrant, creamy white, with aromas and flavors of macerated apricot, dried thyme and cumin, plus rich hints of Marcona almond and pastry, all set on a light- to medium-bodied frame.
