Producer Notes
With notes of dark fruits balanced against delicate hints of tea and smoke, this is a velvety smooth mouthful of wine. Rich aromas and flavors of blueberry and violets are complemented by black olive, cedar and vanilla tones that linger on the finish.
Critical Acclaim
This Cab Franc, which includes 10% Petit Verdot, immediately entices with strong aromas of black cherry, blackberry jam, black currant, tarragon, dark chocolate, jalapeño and fresh and dried tobacco leaf. Flavors don't disappoint and the palate offers additional tones of crushed violet, toasted wood and black pepper spice alongside a firm tannic texture, modest acidity and an aromatic finish.
