Fresh red berries and blue plums with spices and a touch of hazelnuts. Juicy and bright, this has medium body and firm yet chalky tannins. Medium-long finish. A blend of 40% carignan, 28% cabernet sauvignon, 20% malbec and 12% syrah. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Vegan. Drink now.

The 2023 Red Blend Capítulo Flying Fish comes from Central Chile and is based on Carignan, with portions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah. The nose offers an appealing reductive character with blackberry, flint and wet stone. Smooth on the palate, it flows with silkiness and integrated freshness. The 2023 is slightly lean in body.
