Pardon the ridiculous name, which refers to the famous slopes Riesling is grown on in the Mosel. This wine is a light brass color with flavors of kiwi, lime, fennel and sweet green tea. It has plenty of sweetness to satisfy the masses, but plenty of stony grip to keep that in check and keep it from being cloyingly sweet.
