The 2018 The Vicar is a beautiful, joyous wine. Punchy and bold in the glass, the Vicar offers tons of immediacy. Juicy red/purplish berry fruit, spice, mocha and lavender are front and center. I would prefer to drink the 2018 over the next handful of years, while the flavors remain vibrant. In 2018, the Vicar is a real standout. (Antonio Galloni)
