The Pendulum swings towards a full body, big fruit and the muscular tannins to back it all up. Aromas of blackcurrant, bacon fat, bay leaf and violets lead to rich, thick flavors of blueberries, black tea and beignets drizzled with powdered sugar. BBQ ribs will thank you for this wine.
