Pale straw-yellow with bright greenish highlights in the glass, this coastal Languedoc white opens with high-toned, electric aromatics of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and lemongrass, underlaid by distinct notes of white blossoms and crushed seashells. The palate is bone-dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and razor-sharp, framing vibrant citrus and orchard fruit against a mouthwatering, piercing spine of natural acidity and a subtle saline mineral texture. Fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve maximum freshness and primary fruit clarity, it concludes with a long, bone-dry, and palate-cleansing finish.
