Critical Acclaim
The 2025 Rosé is nuanced and floral with hints of white strawberry, lemon sorbet and jasmine forming its inviting bouquet. It cascades across the palate with mineral-laden orchard fruits and sour citrus tones. This finishes with a Granny Smith apple tension as echoes of mint fade.
The 2024 Rosé lifts from the glass with a sweetly floral bouquet and nuances of peach sorbet. Zesty on the palate, it shows citrus-tinged orchard fruits and crunchy mineral tones. The 2024 finishes clean, leaving a hint of lime. (Eric Guido)

The delicate color is reminiscent of the elegance of a prima ballerina. Floral notes of hibiscus and dog rose encounter hints of wild strawberries, blackberries and melon. Lively and fresh in the mouth recalling meringue and pale peach flesh. Syrah, Nero d'Avola, touch of Sauvignon Blanc.
