Tasting Notes
Deep garnet-red with ruby reflections. The nose is aromatic, complex, and savory, opening with scents of ripe red cherry, plum, and wild strawberry, accompanied by dried rose petal, leather, tobacco leaf, and subtle underbrush. Full-bodied, structured, and elegant on the palate, it exhibits a rich core of tart cherry and dark berry fruit supported by firm, fine-grained tannins and a vibrant streak of natural acidity, finishing long with persistent notes of savory earth, spice, and dried herbs.
