The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is hauntingly dark, with bursts of crushed stone and grilled herbs giving way to crushed blackberries and sour citrus. It splashes across the palate with textures of pure silk, round and supple with masses of ripe red and blue fruits that swirl beneath an air of violet inner florals. The 2021 finishes structured yet not severe, leaving a crunchy sensation and hints of bitter blackberry that fade slowly.

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon has layered aromas of blackcurrant, green bell pepper and thyme, iron and violet. The medium-bodied palate is elegantly styled with mineral-laced flavors and silky tannins. Bright acidity adds tension, and it has a long, nuanced finish. This offers excellent quality despite its modest price! 150 cases were made.

Softly textured, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Pollard Vineyard offers chalky tannins and a core of delicious cassis, bright in acidity throughout a medium-bodied frame of balanced weight. The oak is calm and the tannins well-integrated. Only 150 cases were produced. Drinking well now, it should age well another 10 years.
