Tasting Notes

Luminous ruby-red with violet flashes in the glass. The nose offers vibrant, focused aromatics of ripe black cherry, plum, wild berries, lavender, and dried herbs. The palate displays a juicy medium body balanced by fresh, lively acidity, firm yet fine-grained tannins, and no effervescence, with an un-oaked stainless steel maturation that preserves pure dark fruit concentration and a clean, mineral-driven finish. It provides excellent short-to-medium-term aging potential over 3 to 5 years.
