A warm, earthy nose of coffee, potting soil and herbs gets some sparkle from a raspberry undertone. On the palate, flavors of orange peel and tart cherry meet the raspberries, while the earthiness lingers in the background. Refined tannins provide structure, while acid brings heat and energy through the finish.
Aromas of bing cherry, warm bricks, top soil, pencil shavings and orange peel pop on the nose, while the palate turns denser with flavors of black cherry, blackberries and dark chocolate strolling along a backbone of peppery earth. Tannins are polished but grippy.
This bright red features flavors of pulpy cherry, strawberry and earth. Lightly chewy tannins emerge on the moderately long finish. Sangiovese and Merlot. Drink now through 2028. 80,833 cases made, 35,000 cases imported.
