This gin is probably my favorite of the Russell Henry line. It uses Hawaiian white ginger from an organic farm in Kauai. Incredibly smooth with a comforting warmth; there’s a unique harmony between the botanicals in this gin that I haven’t found anywhere else. I wouldn’t even mix this one, it’s great by itself.
