About This Wine
Producer Notes
Beautifully lean structured sake, light bodied and linear, with a distinctive bright and spicy finish. Made from local Kita Nishiki rice, which lends the sake a clear structure and sharp finish. Aromas of green apple give way to a creamy body with silken textures and resolving with a spicy, dry finish. Works well with soy flavored dishes, marinated raw tuna, heartier fishes, or in-season fresh tomatoes.
