Sobon Family Wines Sobon Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 750ml

This historic site was established in 1856 as a grape-growing site in Amador County. We often hear about these historical sites, but they are not frequently still available. The nose is opulent, with dried fruit, plum, vanilla, mandarin, and cedar. At the same time, the palate is fresh, lively, with deep red plum, Bing Cherry, mushroom, sage, coriander, bittersweet chocolate, and mineral gliding across the mid-palate onto a dry finish with supple, grippy tannins.
