La Transicion Cebreros Tinto 2024 750ml

The red 2024 La Transición Garnacha was produced with destemmed grapes from different parts of the village of Cebreros. It fermented in concrete, where it matured until bottling. There's some rusticity here, a little earthy, which gives it character, with herbal notes, ripe berries and aromatic herbs and a tapenade-like hint. It has a medium-bodied palate with chalky, slightly dusty tannins. This is a red for food. 30,000 bottles produced. There are different bottling lots from a single master blend.
