Aromas of passion fruit, lime zest and grapefruit. The palate is light- to medium-bodied with a creamy texture an bright acidity, giving flavors of green melon, papayas and lemon curd. Fresh and generous. Drink now.
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc originates from Gamble Ranch (Oakville) and Bear Flats (Calistoga). Fermented and aged in a mix of older oak (56%) and stainless steel (44%), it's highly aromatic, with passion fruit, gooseberries and nectarines all evident on the nose. In the mouth, it's medium to full-bodied, plump, expansive and generous. There's plenty of flavor, culminating in a long, citrusy finish.
Aromatic and flavorful, this Sauvignon Blanc offers a refreshing lift of crisp nectarines, tropical fruits and a squeeze of pert citrus through a textural and mouthwatering finish.
